Sachin Tiwari is a research Fellow at the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies based in New Delhi. He received a Ph.D. in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University. His dissertation explored the mechanisms driving United States cyber security policy. His broader research interests include security studies, science and technology, US foreign policy, and security in the Indo-Pacific. Sachin’s work has been published in various portals including the Diplomat, ORF, and has contributed to several book projects.
