Dr. Palu Joshi is the Assistant Professor and Head of the PG & Research Department of Political Science at Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya. With over a decade of academic experience, she specializes in International Politics, India’s Foreign Policy, and Global Governance. She serves as a PhD Research Supervisor at the University of Rajasthan and is a Non-Resident Honorary Scholar at the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies (KIIPS). Her research focuses on Indo-Pacific strategy, the UN system, and the intersection of gender and International Relations. Recently, she presented at the 2025 IPSA World Congress in Seoul and served as a keynote speaker for the ICSSR seminar on Viksit Bharat 2047. Dr. Joshi edited the 2024 volume, Changing Dynamics of India’s Foreign Policy: Challenges and Way Ahead. Beyond research, she coordinates the Weekend Dialogue Series and is an active member of the Indian Political Science Association. Her scholarship aims to bridge IR theory with policy-oriented analysis and classroom pedagogy. She holds a PhD from the University of Rajasthan and a Bachelor of Journalism.
